Hi, I’m Rafael Novoa, the founder of ProDealSupport. I’m passionate about building scalable, resilient commercial operations that power some of the most successful software and SaaS companies out there. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of organizations, from fast-moving startups chasing explosive growth to established global enterprises navigating complex sales cycles. What drives me most is transforming sales chaos into disciplined, high-velocity revenue engines that deliver real results.
My journey started nearly two decades ago at Oracle, where I cut my teeth managing contracts at an enterprise scale. As a Contracts Manager, I led a team dedicated to creating solid contractual language and negotiate complicated software agreements. This role gave me a front-row seat to the inner workings of one of the world’s largest tech companies, particularly supporting our highly regarded sales organization.
Later, I shifted my focus to innovative SaaS companies, where I put my experience to work architecting robust approval workflows, creating enriched clause libraries, strengthening pricing safeguards, and implementing Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) systems. My goal has always been clear: empower sales teams to move quickly and efficiently while giving Finance clean, audit-ready books from day one.
